THE PROCESS
A globally accessible boutique design studio crafting modern outdoor spaces that blend architecture and nature. Using cloud-based platforms, high-resolution satellite imagery, and mapping data, we've built a guided, accurate, and creative remote process. Clients receive bespoke planning, detailed 3D visuals, and curated material and planting strategies—designed to elevate outdoor living through seamless flow, storytelling, and functional beauty.
DISCOVERY & INTAKE
Start by submitting an inquiry through our contact form. You'll receive a pre-discovery questionnaire to share your project goals, site details, and design vision. We’ll then schedule a discovery call to review your input and introduce our process.
SITE ANALYSIS
During the discovery call, we determine the best method to collect accurate site data—this could involve a guided self-assessment, a vetted local contractor, or an on-site visit. You’ll receive a structured Site Analysis Form to upload site photos, measurements, plans, and any supporting materials.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PHASE
Using your site data, we create a scaled CAD base and begin exploring layout concepts. This package includes moodboards, material references, and early 3D visuals. You’ll receive a curated digital presentation and join us via Zoom to review and refine your design direction.
REVISIONS 1 OF 2
Your design package includes one round of revisions in the Conceptual Phase and one in the Masterplanning Phase. Additional revisions are available for purchase as needed, ensuring the final design reflects your vision.
MASTERPLANNING PHASE
We refine the approved concept into a detailed, build-ready plan. This phase includes planting layouts, hardscape and lighting design, elevation drawings, material selections, and photorealistic 3D renderings—bringing your outdoor space to life with clarity and precision.
FINAL PACKAGE & OPTIONAL SUPPORT
You’ll receive your complete digital design package, ready for implementation. If your project proceeds to construction, our Black Cabin Aligned service provides ongoing design support—offering collaboration with your contractor, sourcing guidance, and aesthetic oversight to protect your original vision.
